Bisco Ultimate Powder Coating Services is located in Shed No. 2 at 253 Kamachiamman Nagar. We are right near Captain Tv in the Vanagaram area. If you are driving around here, you will probably see our sign. The shed is where all the actual work happens. We have the ovens and the spray booths set up, and they stay pretty busy throughout the day. Powder coating is a bit of a messy process, so we are usually covered in some kind of dust or paint by the end of the shift. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to some of the bigger industrial zones, but we still have plenty of work to do. Being near Captain Tv makes it easy for people to find where we are. We do not spend money on big ads; we just let the work speak for itself. The floors in the shed are always a bit colorful from the different powders we use on the parts. It gets hot when the ovens are on, but that is just part of the job. We have a small crew and we all know our roles. It is a very hands-on type of place. We do not have fancy offices or anything like that. Just a workspace where we get the coating done. We try to keep a steady pace so we do not get overwhelmed by the pile of parts waiting to be finished today. It’s a busy life but we enjoy the work.
