Royal Paris Hotel Periamet

We are located at number 55 on Sydenhams Road in the Park Town area. If you look around, the Ripon Building is very close by, which makes it easy for people to find us. It gets quite loud outside with all the traffic heading toward the station, but inside it stays mostly quiet. We have been running this hotel for a while now. The rooms are simple and we spend most of our mornings making sure the floors are swept and the linens are changed before the next person arrives. Periamet is a busy part of Chennai, and there is always something going on right outside the door. We don't have anything too fancy here, just basic rooms for people who need a place to stay while they are in the city for work or travel. Sometimes the heat gets pretty bad, so we keep the fans going in the lobby area. Our staff lives nearby and we mostly know the regulars who pass by every day. It’s a plain building with a small entrance. We don't do much advertising because people usually just walk in after getting off a train or bus. We spend a lot of time fixing small things like leaky taps or flickering lights. It is just a regular business like any other on this street. We try to keep things tidy and honest. That is how we have always done it here in Periamet.
