Roselle Consulting Pvt Ltd is based in Chennai, specifically in the MGM Flats at Nethrambigai Apartments. We are over in KK Nagar West, near Virugambakkam. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of the city, though the traffic nearby is still pretty bad. Our office is in one of the H-7 units. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which is how we like it. We do a lot of consulting work, mostly over the phone or through emails with people in different time zones. Since we are linked with a company in the USA, some of us end up staying quite late or coming in at odd hours. The office has a small kitchen area where we make a lot of tea and coffee to stay awake. It is a pretty casual environment and we don't really have a dress code or anything like that. We just sit around the tables with our laptops and get on with it. There’s usually some clutter like old newspapers or lunch boxes sitting around, but that is just how we live. We’ve been in this apartment complex for a while and the neighbors don't seem to mind us much. It is a simple, practical way to run a business without spending a fortune on a fancy office building in the center of Chennai.
