Rmr Minerals

Rmr Minerals is located at Number 14/356 on 4th Cross Street in Chintadripet. If you know the area, you know how tight the streets can be. We operate out of a small office and storage space right in the heart of the city. We deal with minerals and industrial materials, mostly serving the local tradesmen and small contractors. It is a very busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street coming into our shop. We don't have a big showroom. Most of our space is taken up by the products we carry. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. It’s a bit of a squeeze when a delivery truck comes by, but we make it work. We’ve been in Chintadripet for quite a while, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change around us. We aren't a big corporation with multiple branches. It is just this one spot on 4th Cross Street. Our customers like that they can just come in and talk to us directly. We don't have a marketing strategy; we just rely on being here every day and having what people need. It’s a bit dusty and the space is cramped, but it’s our home. We keep things simple, keep our books by hand, and try to treat everyone fairly. That’s just the way things are done at Rmr Minerals.
