You can find us over in Kattupakkam, specifically at Plot No. 220. We’re right on the Mount-Poonamalle Road, which is almost always busy with buses and cars. It’s Door No-4 if you’re looking for the entrance. We deal with heavy-duty mechanical parts here. The workshop area is where most of the action is. It’s got that metallic smell and there’s usually some grease on the benches. We aren't a fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s a functional space where we handle couplings and other industrial components. We spend a lot of time checking specs and making sure things are packed up right for shipping. The noise from the road is constant, but you get used to it after a couple of days. We have a small desk area for the paperwork, but most of the time we’re on our feet in the back. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit difficult to manage, but we stay open regardless. It’s a small team here. We know each other well and we just get on with the tasks at hand. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People come to us because they need parts that work. We just stay focused on the inventory and making sure the orders go out to the right factories on time. It is a very hands-on kind of place where we just do our jobs.
