Reliance Retail Ltd

Our Reliance Retail Ltd office is over in Shanthi Towers, which is at 88 Arcot Road in the Vadapalani area of Chennai. We are in the 2nd Block on the 4th floor, unit 4F. Vadapalani is a very crowded and noisy part of the city, which you know if you live here. We handle a lot of the retail management and paperwork from this location. The office isn't anything special to look at. It has got standard desks, some filing cabinets, and computers that we use all day. We aren't a big, polished corporate headquarters. We are just a group of people making sure the retail side of things keeps running. Chennai gets very hot, so we spend a lot of time under the fans trying to stay cool while we work. We don't have a professional writer for our materials; we just say what needs to be said. If there is a problem with a shipment or a schedule, we just talk it out and fix it. We don't use big, fancy words to describe what we do. It is mostly just logistics and organizing things. We take our tea breaks at the local stalls nearby. We’ve been at this Arcot Road address for a good length of time and we’ve seen the city change around us. It is just a regular job for a regular group of workers.
