Real M Delicacy

Our kitchen is at number 821 in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, which is part of the Pattabiram area. It is not a big restaurant with waiters and menus. Real M Delicacy is more of a local spot where we focus on getting the food right. The kitchen gets incredibly hot by noon, and there is always something bubbling on the stove or frying in a pan. We spend our mornings chopping vegetables and getting the spices ready. The building is tucked away in the neighborhood, so we mostly see people who live nearby or work in Pattabiram. The walls have a bit of soot on them from the burners, and the floor can get slippery if we aren't careful. We use big pots and heavy ladles to move things around. It is hard work, and your clothes always end up smelling like oil and onions. We don't have fancy decorations or a big sign out front. People know where we are by the smell of the food cooking. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected because the morning rush was bigger than usual. We just do our best with what we have each day. Rajiv Gandhi Nagar is a busy place, and we are just glad to be a part of the daily routine for the folks around here. There is always cleaning to do once the cooking stops for the night.
