Rajee Driving School

We are based in Triplicane, specifically on the second street in Ice House Venkatesa Puram. It’s near the Thulukanatham temple, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us. Our office is small, just a place to keep the paperwork and meet new students. We spend most of our time out on the roads in Chennai. Teaching people to drive in this traffic isn’t easy, but we’ve been doing it for a long time. We start with the basics, showing them the clutch and the gears. Some people are really nervous when they first sit behind the wheel. We just sit next to them and tell them to take it slow. The heat in Triplicane can be tough in the middle of the day, so we prefer the early morning or late evening lessons. Our cars aren’t brand new luxury models, they are just standard ones that are good for learning. We don’t have a big staff, just a few instructors who know the local streets well. We try to be patient because everyone learns at their own pace. Sometimes we have to explain the traffic rules over and over until they get it. It’s satisfying to see someone finally drive on their own without stalling the engine. We just keep doing our thing here near the temple, helping locals get their licenses so they can get around.
