We have been operating out of Broadway for a long time now. Our shop is located near the Minerva Theatre bus stop, which makes it easy for folks to find us once they get off the bus. The address is a bit confusing because the old number was 158 but the new one is 144. We still get mail addressed to both. Inside the shop, we keep a lot of different tools for various trades. It is a bit of a tight squeeze because we try to stock as much as possible on the shelves. You will mostly find manual tools and some power gear here. We spend a lot of our time unboxing new arrivals and checking against the delivery notes. It is not a quiet place because of the traffic outside on Broadway, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We do not have a fancy front desk or a waiting area. Most people just stand by the counter while we look for the part they need. Sometimes we have to dig through the back room to find a specific size. It is just a regular tool agency run by regular people. We do our work, talk to the regulars who come in every week, and go home. We are just happy to be part of the local business community here and keep things moving for our customers.
