Quality Assurance

You can find us over at 36/136 New Street in Ayanavaram. It’s a very busy part of Chennai, and New Street is always full of people, cows, and motorbikes zooming past. We do quality assurance work here under the name Quality Assurance. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular wooden door in a row of older buildings. Inside, it's just us and the piles of work we have to check every single day. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you; you just walk in and someone will be there sitting at a cluttered desk. It can get quite warm in the afternoons, even with the windows wide open to catch a breeze. We’ve been in Ayanavaram for a while, so we’re used to the constant noise from the street vendors and traffic. Most of the time we are just looking over things, making sure everything is up to the standard it needs to be before it leaves. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking, which can be a bit repetitive, but it’s what we do. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk to describe it. It's just a job that needs doing correctly and we take it seriously enough. Sometimes we stay late when a big batch of work comes in at the last minute.
