Ss Imports & Exports

If you have ever been to Pudupet, you know how busy it gets. Ss Imports & Exports is right in the thick of it on Laungs Garden Road. We are on the ground floor at No. 32, which is lucky because we deal with a lot of heavy crates and boxes. Carrying those up stairs would be a nightmare. The street outside is always full of noise, people moving parts around, and bikes zipping by. Our office isn't much to look at, just some shelves and a space to pack things up. We handle stuff coming in and going out, mostly dealing with all the paperwork that comes with shipping things across borders. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes when the port is slow, but we manage. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time now. The neighbors are mostly into auto parts, so we are a bit different, but everyone gets along. The lighting inside is a bit dim, but we know where everything is. We don't use any of those big corporate systems. We just write things down and keep our own records. It works for us. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the shop around the corner and just watch the chaos of Pudupet through the open door. It’s a hard-working area and we fit right in with that.
