Psn Enterprises is located over in Saligramam on Sreenivasan Street. It’s a quiet enough residential area compared to the city center. Our address is 20/4. It’s basically a small house that we converted into an office space. It’s got a bit of a garden in the front, though we haven't had much time to look after the plants lately. Inside, it’s mostly boxes. We handle a variety of items, so you never really know what’s going to be stacked in the hallway. It gets a bit messy during the peak season. We have a small desk near the entrance where we take calls. Most of the time it’s just the sound of the ceiling fan and someone typing on an old keyboard. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the gate. People in the neighborhood know us as the guys who are always moving crates. We don't do much marketing. Our customers are mostly people we’ve met through word of mouth over the years. It’s a relaxed atmosphere here. We don't wear suits or anything. Just casual clothes because we’re often helping with the loading and unloading. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains, so we just wait it out. It’s a simple way to run a business. We like being in Saligramam because it’s close to home. It’s not a high-rise office, but it serves our purpose just fine for now.
