You can find us at Flat 5A in J.K. Towers, which sits on 3/2 Zackaria Colony 2nd Street in Choolaimedu. This part of Chennai is always moving, and our book trading business is right in the middle of it. We have stacks of books everywhere in the office. It’s the kind of place where you have to be careful where you step because there might be a pile of new arrivals waiting to be sorted. Being on the second street of Zackaria Colony means we get a bit of that local neighborhood feel while still being close to the main Choolaimedu bustle. We spend a lot of time packing boxes and checking titles. It’s a lot of physical work, moving heavy crates and making sure the right books go to the right people. J.K. Towers isn't a new building, so it has its own character and some old-school charm. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the street and the way the light comes into the flat in the afternoon. Professional Books Trader isn't a massive warehouse; it’s a focused operation run by people who actually handle the products. We don't have fancy computer systems for everything, just some good old-fashioned lists and a lot of manual labor. It gets dusty with all the paper around, but that is just how it goes when you deal in books. We just keep at it every day and try to stay organized.
