Our shop is at 938, Kundrathur Main Road in Kovur. It’s a busy road that connects a lot of different parts of the city, so we see all kinds of people. We deal in all sorts of tools and small components. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling with bins and boxes of every size. If you’re looking for a specific screw or a small part for a machine, we probably have it buried somewhere in the back rooms. It’s a bit dusty, and the lighting isn't always the best, but it’s a real working shop. We spend most of our time sorting through stock or helping customers who come in with a broken part in their hand, hoping we have a match. Kovur is a growing area, so we see a lot of new faces along with the regulars who have been coming here for years. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. The Kundrathur Main Road is always noisy with buses and bikes, but we’ve gotten used to the sound over time. We don't use any fancy sales talk or anything. People just tell us what they need, and we go find it for them. It’s honest, simple work. Sometimes we sit outside on the bench when it’s quiet and just watch the traffic go by.
