Premnath

I’m Premnath and my setup is on S.S.Devar 2nd Street. The address is a bit of a headache because of the old and new numbering system. It’s officially New No 49 now, but most of the older people still know it as 19/2. I’ve lived in Chennai for my whole life and this street is where I spend most of my waking hours. I started this small business many years ago. It’s not much to look at from the outside, just a regular building with a heavy metal door that squeaks a bit. I tend to work long hours and sometimes I forget to take a proper lunch break. My neighbors are good people and we’ve known each other for decades. We help each other out when the rain gets too heavy or the power goes out. I don't have a website or any of those fancy things. I just have this physical spot where I do my work. Sometimes the workload gets a bit overwhelming and I fall behind on my filing. I try to catch up on Saturdays so I can have a quiet Sunday with my family. I don't like corporate talk because it feels very fake to me. I just say things as they are. If I can't finish a job on time, I’ll tell you straight. There is no point in making up excuses. I hope the traffic isn't too bad when you come by. It can be a real mess in the afternoons.
