Premier Tools is tucked away on 4th Cross Street in Jubbukeswarar Nagar. If you know Korattur, you know it can be a bit of a maze sometimes with the narrow turns and busy corners. We’ve been at No 7/3 for quite a bit of time now. It’s a decent spot, even if the street gets a little crowded when the delivery trucks try to turn around in the afternoon. We deal with tools every day. That’s the core of what we do. It’s noisy, there’s usually a bit of dust on the benches, and someone is always looking for a specific wrench that went missing five minutes ago. We aren't some giant corporation with a fancy call center or a polished website. When you call, you usually get one of us who's probably got grease on their hands from a recent job. We like it that way. It keeps things real and honest. The building isn't brand new, but it's sturdy and holds all our inventory. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We see the same faces every morning when we open up the shop. We don't spend much time on marketing because we’re usually too busy actually working on the orders. Sometimes we stay late to finish up or organize the back room so we can find things faster tomorrow. It’s just how a small shop like this works.
