Our office is located in Ram Nagar, Ambattur, specifically at Flat-10B on Ganapathi Street. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Rakki Theater, which is a big landmark around here. It’s not a huge commercial building, just a regular flat that we’ve converted into our workspace for the import and export business. Being in Ambattur, we are surrounded by a mix of houses and small shops, so it feels very much like a neighborhood business. We spend most of our time dealing with paperwork for shipments coming in from Japan or going out to other places. There are always boxes of samples sitting in the corners and the smell of coffee brewing in the small kitchen. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked scooters, especially when there’s a popular movie playing at the theater nearby. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who know the trade well and can handle the customs forms and the logistics. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for us to get around and the local atmosphere is friendly. We don't put on any airs; we just handle the trading side of things as efficiently as we can. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do, and it keeps our overheads low.
