T.Nagar is incredibly busy, especially during the festival seasons. The streets are always full of shoppers and cars. Our office is tucked away on a side street, so it is a little less chaotic than the main road, but not by much. We have been working out of this building for a long time. It is an old place with a lot of character. We deal with lighting stuff, so there are always bulbs and fixtures lying around. It is a bit crowded inside because we have so much stock. We do not have a fancy showroom floor. If you want to see something, we just pull it out of a box. The heat in Chennai can be brutal, so the fans are always on full blast. We know the other shop owners on the street, and we often get tea together in the afternoons. It is a very local way of doing things. We do not use much technology for the business other than the basics. We prefer writing things down and talking to customers in person. It has worked for us so far, and we do not see a reason to change it. Just a regular business in a busy city.
