We’ve been based out of the Sipcot Industrial Complex in Gummidipoondi for a while now. If you know the area, it’s mostly just factories and dusty roads, but it works for what we do at Poseidon Solar Service. Chennai gets really hot, as everyone knows, so being in the solar business makes a lot of sense here. Most days start early before the sun gets too brutal. Our office in F-91/92 isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we handle the paperwork and coordinate the technical stuff. We spend a lot of time out at sites or dealing with equipment that comes in. People around here know us as the guys who just get on with it. It’s not always easy keeping things moving in the heat, and sometimes the logistics in Gummidipoondi can be a bit of a headache with the trucks and all. But we’ve got a small team that knows the drill. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with a glass building. We just want to make sure the solar setups we work on actually do what they’re supposed to do. A lot of our day is just checking panels, talking to suppliers, and making sure the orders are right. It’s honest work. We’ve seen the industrial park grow quite a bit over the years. We just keep our heads down and keep the lights on for our customers.
