Amaze Travels Pvt. Ltd. is based at No. 63/4 on Avadi Road in the Karayanchavadi area of Poonamallee. It’s a location that’s easy to reach if you’re coming from the main parts of town. Our office is a simple one, located on the ground floor for easy access. We’ve been here for several years now. Inside, you’ll find some desks, a few computers, and a lot of notebooks where we jot down customer details. We don’t have a fancy waiting area with coffee machines or magazines. People just come in, sit down on the plastic chairs, and we talk about where they need to go and how they want to get there. The Avadi Road is always loud with trucks and buses passing by, but we’re used to the noise. We mostly handle local travel arrangements and bookings for folks in the area. We don't have a big team of sales people or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who know the routes and the prices well. We try to be practical and don't make promises we can't keep. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the latest schedules. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we rely on people in Poonamallee telling their friends and family about us. It’s a modest business, and we are quite content with how things are going. We just focus on the work at hand every day.
