Things move at a different pace here in Manavalapuramputhalam. Our office at 1-64 is where we handle all the trading work for P.J.S. Divine Global Trading. It’s a quiet area mostly, but we stay busy with the day-to-day logistics of moving goods. We don't have any big signs or glass windows, just a solid place where we get the work done. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or tracking shipments coming and going. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here, but we manage just fine. We have a small group of people who have been with us for a long time. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else in the village. When a truck arrives, we all have to pitch in to make sure everything is sorted properly. Trading isn't always easy, especially when you are dealing with different markets, but we've figured out a system that works for us. We started small and just kept going year after year. The office is usually filled with the smell of tea and the sound of someone typing away. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because word of mouth seems to do the job well enough around here. It's just honest work. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary drama. If there is a problem, we sit down and fix it. That's how we've always done things.
