Pilotsmith India Pvt. Ltd. is based at 55 B- Oragadam Road in Venkatapuram. We have been in this part of Ambattur for quite a while now. The street gets pretty busy during the rush hour, so most of us try to get in early to beat the traffic. Our space is pretty straightforward. We have the equipment lined up, and there’s always someone moving something around. It’s not the quietest environment, but we don't mind. We focus on getting the work finished. Sometimes the floor gets messy when we are in the middle of a big project, but we clean up at the end of the day. We are just regular people who know how to handle the machines. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone in suits. Most days you’ll see us in our work clothes, maybe with a bit of grease on our hands. Venkatapuram is a decent neighborhood, and we have good relationships with the shops next door. If we need a spare part or a quick tea, we just walk down the road. We don't really have a grand plan; we just take the orders as they come and try to keep everything running smoothly. It's a lot of manual work and paying attention to small details. We appreciate the steady rhythm of the shop and the fact that we can do this work right here in Ambattur.
