Our office is tucked away on S.P. Kannusamy Gounder Street, which is just off Sanganoor Main Road. We are Shop No. 19/1-D. If you are looking for us, the Karuparayan Temple is the best landmark to use because everyone knows it. Being here in Chennai, the days are usually warm and the street has its own rhythm. At Pearls Tours & Travels, we spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in. It’s mostly about planning trips or sorting out travel details for families and workers. The neighborhood is a mix of shops and houses, so it feels quite grounded. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us making sure bookings are handled correctly. Sometimes the internet acts up or the phone rings non-stop, but that’s just how it goes. we try to keep things simple. People come in with a lot of questions about where to go and how to get there, and we do what we can to help. It is a small space but it works for what we do. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors pretty well. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main junctions, but there is always something happening near the temple. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished for the day.
