Peace Hostels Hotels and Resorts Private Limited is located at No. 21 Sarangapani Street. If you’ve been to T Nagar, you know how loud and crowded it can get with all the shopping and traffic. We are right in the middle of all that action. We started this because we saw so many people coming to Chennai needing a place to stay that didn't cost a fortune. It’s just a regular building where we manage different types of rooms. Some are for students or backpackers who just need a bunk, and others are more like standard hotel rooms. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. It’s just us trying to keep the place tidy. Every morning starts with checking the laundry and making sure the front desk is covered. T Nagar is a wild place to do business, but it keeps things interesting. We meet people from all over who are just passing through for work or shopping. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a pipe leaks, we fix it. If someone is lost, we show them the way to the bus stop. It’s just how we do things on Sarangapani Street. We’ve been here for a bit now and we’ve learned that people just want a decent place to sleep without any fuss. That's what we try to give them. It is hard work and the days are long, but we just keep at it because this is our neighborhood and we like being part of it.
