Parshvanath Travels

Up here on the first floor on Mint Street, it stays pretty busy. Being right near the Gujaratiwadi Jain Temple means there's always a lot of movement outside. People stop in while they’re out doing their shopping or on their way to the hospital nearby. We handle a lot of different travel stuff, like booking tickets or figuring out bus routes for families. It’s a small office, nothing too special to look at, but it works for us. Usually, someone is on the phone talking about flight prices or checking if a train is on time. Sowcarpet is a crowded place, so we get a lot of walk-ins who just want to ask a quick question about a trip they're planning. We’ve been at this address for a good bit of time now. The fan keeps humming and the computer stays on all day. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a short break, but mostly it's just work. We try to keep things straightforward for people because travel can be confusing enough as it is. It’s not a glamorous job, just sitting behind a desk and looking at screens, but it’s what we do. If you find yourself on Mint Street near the Apollo Hospital, that’s where you’ll find our door. We just take it one booking at a time and try to keep the paperwork straight. It gets hot in the summer, but the office stays fairly cool with the windows shut.
