Pandias Hotel

We are located at No 527 on T H Road in Washermanpet. Our place is right near the Maharani Theatre, so it’s a very easy spot to find if you’re in the area. T H Road is one of those streets that never seems to sleep. There are always buses going by and people walking on the sidewalks. We’ve been here for a while, and the building has seen a lot of years. It’s not the biggest place, and it can get a little tight when everyone comes in at once, but we make it work. We spend our days doing the same things—cleaning up, getting the food ready, and chatting with the regulars. There’s no corporate office or big management team. It’s just us here on the floor every day. Sometimes the rain leaks in a bit near the door or a fan starts squeaking, but that’s just how old buildings are. We don’t try to hide those things. People come to us because we’re a familiar spot in the neighborhood. They know what to expect when they walk in. It’s a lot of manual labor, and we’re usually pretty tired by the time we close up, but it’s a good kind of tired. We’re just a small hotel in 600021, trying to keep our corner of T H Road going. There is always a lot of washing and cleaning to do before we can finally head home.
