Our office is located at No 2 on the 3rd floor of the Trb Complex. It is right there on 1st Avenue in Ashok Nagar, number 22. Getting up to the third floor keeps us moving, and from the window, you can see the busy street below. Ashok Nagar is a lively place to be, and there is always something going on outside. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of tools and boxes. We deal with all sorts of Pacific Tools stuff, mostly for local contractors or people who need reliable gear for their projects. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep the records and handle the sales. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives and we have to stack things in the corners. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about what they’re trying to build or fix. It’s not a high-pressure environment; we just take things as they come. Most days are about checking what’s in stock and making sure the deliveries are going out on time. The coffee machine in the corner gets a lot of use, and the staff is usually busy with something or other. We’ve been in this complex for a bit now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward business, really. We sell tools, we talk to people, and we go home when the work is finished for the day.
