OXYGEN BEACH RESORTS AND VILLAS LLP

We are set up over in Natesan Nagar West, specifically at C 14/2 in the AIS Housing Complex. That’s in Virugambakkam, which is a busy part of Chennai. Oxygen Beach Resorts and Villas LLP is what we call ourselves. We do a mix of things, looking after villas and beach spots. It’s a lot of running around, to be honest. Being part of the Chennai City Corporation means there is always paperwork or something to handle. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lobby; we just work out of this office to keep things moving. Most of the time, we are talking to people who want a place to stay by the water. It’s nice to help people find a spot where they can actually breathe and relax. The city can get so cramped. We try to keep our operations straightforward. We don’t have a lot of polished marketing materials because we’d rather spend that time making sure the villas are actually clean and ready. It’s a small team here. We know each other well and we know the area. If you’re around the 600092 area, you’ve probably passed our spot. We just focus on the basics of hospitality. It’s not always perfect, but we put in the hours every day to make sure everything stays on track for our guests. We deal with the heat and the traffic just like everyone else here, and we just try to keep things running smooth so our visitors can have a decent break without any extra stress.
