Our office is located at No.23 on Bharathi Nagar Main Road. It is in the Nesapakkam area, right near West K K Nagar here in Chennai. We operate Ourea Hotels (Opc) Private Limited from this spot. It is a quiet enough street most days, though the mornings can get a bit hectic with people heading off to work. We are not a big chain or some huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It is a much smaller setup than that. We focus on the hotel business and all the daily things that come with it. Being an OPC means it feels a bit more personal for us. We deal with all the daily chores of running a business ourselves without a big team. The office is not anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle our accounts and planning. We chose Nesapakkam because it feels like a real neighborhood. We like being part of the local community here in the 600078 area. There is always something to fix or a call to take. It keeps us busy from Monday through Saturday. Sometimes we have to stay late when there is a lot of paperwork to catch up on. We do not have a big marketing team or anything polished like that. It is just us doing the work. If you walk down Bharathi Nagar Main Road, you will see our door. We have been here for a while. Just regular people trying to run a hotel company.
