We are located over in Villivakkam on 35th Street in the Q-Block area. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot at No. 2/53, but it works for what we do. Being in Chennai, the humidity really does a number on mechanical parts, so we stay pretty busy with maintenance. We handle a lot of the lifts in this part of town and some further out too. The office is usually quiet because most of the guys are out at job sites or picking up supplies. We’ve been at this for some time now. Dealing with elevators means you get used to tight spaces and heavy grease. It’s a lot of manual work and checking wires. We don't have a big front desk or anything like that. People usually just call us up when their lift starts making a weird noise. We try to get there as soon as the traffic allows. Chennai roads can be unpredictable, especially around Agathiyar Nagar during the busy hours. We keep our spare parts organized in the back so we can grab what we need and go. It’s a straightforward setup. No fancy bells or whistles here, just a team that knows their way around a pulley system and a control board. We just focus on getting the day's list done and making sure we have enough grease for the next job. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're deep in a shaft. It's just part of the daily grind for us.
