If you are looking for Neelkandan Enterprises, we are tucked away in the Ssl Brindavan Apartments. It’s House No 9/1 on the 4th Cross Street in Andal Nagar. Being in Adambakkam means there’s always people walking around and neighbors saying hello. It doesn’t really feel like a cold corporate office because, well, it’s an apartment building. We’ve got the regular sounds of the neighborhood all day, kids playing or someone moving a motorbike. We’ve been in this space for a while now and the commute isn't too bad for most of us. The 4th Cross Street is usually quiet enough, though parking can be a little tricky if you come at the wrong time of day. We just have our desks set up and get to work every morning. It's a simple life here. We handle the business stuff, talk to our regulars, and try to stay organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good for the legs I guess. There isn't a lot of flashy stuff here, just the things we need to do our jobs properly. We know the local shops nearby and usually grab lunch from one of the small places around the corner. It feels like a real community here in Andal Nagar. We've got our routine down and it works for us. Just a small team doing what we do every day. We don't have fancy titles or anything, we just show up and keep the enterprise running as best as we can. It's our little spot in the city.
