We’re located over on Mullai Street, specifically at C-61 in Vivekananda Nagar, which is part of Ambattur. It’s a bit of a residential-meets-industrial kind of area, so it’s actually a bit quieter than some of the other spots in Chennai. Naraiuran Controls India Pvt. Ltd. is our little operation here. We’ve got a decent amount of space, but it fills up fast with all the equipment we need for the control systems we handle. The street outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, but otherwise, it’s a pretty good spot for us. We’ve got a few desks in the front and the main work area in the back. Usually, you’ll find one of us fixing a circuit or checking a diagram on a screen. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that; we just rely on people knowing we’re here and doing what we say we’ll do. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a blessing in this city. The office cat hangs around the door sometimes, looking for scraps. We keep things pretty informal. If someone needs something, they just shout across the room. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it’s worked for us so far without needing any big corporate rules or fancy decorations.
