We are based at 147 in Karapakkam Village. It is interesting how much this area has changed since we first set up here. It used to feel much more like a village, but now it is full of tech parks and heavy traffic. We deal with process management, which is basically a way of saying we help factories keep their operations running smoothly. We look at a lot of data and work with various control systems to make sure everything stays in balance. Our office is functional and nothing more. We have a few rows of desks and a small area where we keep our equipment for testing. It isn't a place for showy displays. We have engineers who have been with us for a long time and they know these systems inside out. Sometimes the humidity in Chennai makes the office feel a bit heavy, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend our time writing big mission statements or promotional flyers. We would rather be on-site helping a client fix a valve or calibrate a sensor. Lunch is usually a quiet affair where we sit together and talk about the news or the weather. We are just a group of people who enjoy the technical side of industry and we try to do our jobs as best as we can every single day. We keep our heads down and focus on the technical details that matter to our clients.
