Confero Automation

Our place, Confero Automation, is located on 3rd Link Street in the Nehru Nagar Industrial Estate. If you know the Kottivakkam area, you know it’s a hub for small and medium businesses like ours. We are at number 215. The street can get a bit crowded during the middle of the day when everyone is loading or unloading stuff. It’s a very functional part of town, not really the place you go for a stroll, but it works for what we need. Inside, the shop floor is usually busy. We have tools laid out and people moving between different benches to get things sorted. It’s got that specific smell of metal and electricity that you find in places that handle automation. We aren't big on decorations or anything that doesn't serve a purpose. The walls are mostly covered in shelves holding various components and wires. Some days are quieter than others, but there is always a backlog of things to check or ship out. We like being part of Nehru Nagar because everything we might need, from a specific screw to a cup of tea, is usually just a short walk away. It’s a practical workspace where we spend most of our hours. Nothing is overly polished here, just a group of people doing their jobs day in and day out on 3rd Link Street. We try to stay on top of the schedule and keep the workspace reasonably clean.
