Nalaa Foods

Nalaa Foods is based at 150 E C R Road. This road is quite long and busy, but we are situated right at number 150. We’ve been here for a while now. It’s a simple place where we prepare and handle food items. E C R Road has a lot of traffic, especially on the weekends, but we just stick to our routine inside. We aren't a big corporation with lots of levels. It’s just us working in the kitchen and the back rooms. We don't have any fancy signs or big displays. Most people who know Nalaa Foods just know us from the address. We spend our mornings getting everything ready for the day. It can get pretty hot in here with the cooking going on, but that’s just part of the job. We like being on E C R Road because it's easy for deliveries to get to us. The building at 150 is old but it works for what we need. We don't use any complicated systems or high-tech gadgets. It's all very manual and hands-on. We just focus on the food and making sure things are done right. We don't have a mission or a vision statement. We just show up, do the work, and hope people like what we make.
