Our place is located right on Arcot Road in Virugambakkam. We share the space near Mohan Timbers at number 1, 83A. Montepuez Clubs and Resorts Private Limited has been operating from this Chennai address for a while now. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street outside. Inside, we just handle the day-to-day tasks of running a business. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around this neighborhood for years. You know how Arcot Road gets during rush hour, it’s a bit of a mess sometimes. We just deal with the paperwork and the planning from our office. It’s not a shiny glass building or anything. It’s just a regular spot where we get our work done. We drink a lot of tea and talk about what needs to be fixed next. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we need. Being in 600092 means we are close to everything, which helps when we need to run errands. We don't really do big meetings. We just sit around the desks and figure things out as they come up. It's a plain way to run a company, but it’s how we do it here. We’re just local people trying to keep the resort business moving along without too much fuss. There isn't much more to it than that.
