Our place is over at 8/285 Nookampalayam in the Perumbakkam area. It is basically where we handle all the mineral stuff that comes through. The yard can get a bit dusty depending on the weather, which is just how it goes in this line of work. We have been working out of this spot for quite some time now. Most mornings start with checking the inventory and seeing what needs to move out. It’s a lot of physical stuff, moving things around and making sure the piles are where they should be. We aren’t a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical site where we get the job done. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, but we keep busy enough. Sometimes people ask what exactly we do with all these minerals, and we just tell them it’s part of the supply chain. We don’t have fancy signs or a big lobby. There’s a desk for the paperwork, a phone that rings occasionally, and the rest is just space for the materials. It is simple, honest work.
