Microsys India Pvt. Ltd is based in Valasaravakkam, over in the Chennai - 87 area. We’ve been operating in this neighborhood for a good while now. Valasaravakkam has a lot of small businesses like ours, and it feels like a good fit. We don't have a polished corporate office with marble floors. Instead, we have a functional space where we get our daily work done. Chennai can be quite hot, but we keep the fans going and stay focused on the tasks. Our team is small, and we mostly just handle things as they come in. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy meetings; we'd rather just do the work. The area around here is quite busy with traffic and local shops, which we enjoy being a part of. We have our routine, starting early and making sure everything is sorted by the end of the day. Being in Valasaravakkam means we are close to a lot of our clients and colleagues. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a private limited company doing our bit in the city. It's a simple life, really. We've grown fond of this spot in Chennai-87. It’s home for the business. There’s a small tiffin center nearby where we often grab breakfast, and that’s pretty much the highlight of our morning. We have some old computers and plenty of cables tangled up in the corners, but we know where everything is. It’s our own version of organized chaos.
