Merlion Telesystems

We are based at 16, United India Colony, on the 1St Main Road in Kodambakkam. It is a nice part of Chennai to be in. The street is usually fairly quiet, which is a relief from the noise of the bigger roads nearby. Merlion Telesystems has been in this building for quite a while. It is an older building that has been converted into an office space. We have our equipment set up in the different rooms, and it feels more like a home than a corporate office. There are no glass walls or modern art here. It is just a place where we work on telesystems and handle our business. We have a few technicians who are usually out in the field, and then a couple of us stay here to answer the phones and deal with whatever comes up. We know the people who live on this street and we often chat with them when we are coming or going. We don't have a big marketing strategy or a fancy website. We just do our work and rely on people knowing who we are. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, and we don't worry too much about looking like a big professional company. We just want to do a good job and keep our customers happy. It’s a simple way to run things, but it has worked for us so far and we enjoy being here.
