Menerva Minerals

Menerva Minerals is located at Plot 14 in Nookampalayam, right over in Selaiyur. If you know the area, you know it’s been growing quite a bit lately with more houses going up every month. We’re at No: 3/60, and it’s a decent spot for what we do. The facility is mostly taken up by the tanks and the processing area, so it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock ready to go. We spend most of our day moving heavy jars and making sure the seals are tight. It’s a lot of physical work, and by the time five o'clock rolls around, everyone is pretty tired. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, which makes loading the vans a bit of a pain, but we manage. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us live nearby, so we don't have far to travel. We don't have any big corporate signs or anything, just the name on the gate so people know where to turn off. The water business is mostly about staying consistent and making sure the machines don't act up. We do our own maintenance when things break, which happens more than we’d like. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay on top of the daily orders. We keep the place running six days a week, and Sunday is for resting.
