Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd.

We’re based in Mahindra Towers on Patullos Road. Our office is on the 2nd floor, units 17 and 18. It’s a large building and there is always a lot of security at the gate. We spend our days talking to people about where they want to go for their breaks. It involves a lot of looking at calendars and trying to find open spots in the resorts. The office is usually humming with the sound of phones and keyboards. It isn’t as glamorous as the holiday pictures on the walls make it look. Mostly we are just trying to fix bookings and answer emails. The walk from the parking lot to the entrance can be a bit of a trek when it’s raining. Patullos Road gets very congested in the afternoons, so we usually try to leave right on time to beat the worst of it. We have a tea break around four, and that is when we catch up on things. It’s a standard office setup with cubicles and a water cooler that always seems to run out at the wrong time. We’ve been in this building for years and know the security guards and the lift operators. It’s just where we work. We try to keep things moving so everyone gets their paperwork on time.
