Madras Hardtools Agencies Pvt.Ltd. is based right on Broadway at number 152. If you are coming down the street, we are basically right next to the HDFC Bank, which makes it easier for people to find us when the traffic is heavy. Broadway is always busy and noisy but we have been here for quite some time now. We deal with all kinds of tools and equipment throughout the day. The shop is usually full of boxes and items we are sorting through for customers. It is not the most organized looking place but we know where everything is kept. Some days are faster than others and we just try to keep up with what people need. Most of our regulars just stop by because they know we are here. We don't spend much time worrying about the office looking perfect or anything like that. It is a practical space meant for hard work. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons but we just keep the doors open. We have a small team here and everyone just chips in to get the orders ready. Being next to the bank means there is always someone walking by. We just focus on getting the right tools to the right people without making a big fuss about it.
