Nadi Technologies is situated over in Madhavaram on Thattankulam Road. Our place is at 57-58. It’s a bit of a different vibe out here compared to the city center, which we actually prefer. Thattankulam Road has its own pace. We’ve set up our operations here and it suits us just fine. The building is simple, and we’ve made the inside as functional as possible for the technical work we handle every day. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing with meetings about meetings. Instead, we just get together, figure out what needs to be done, and then do it. It’s a very hands-on environment. Most of the people working here have a lot of experience and just want a quiet place to focus. We get a lot of dust blowing in from the road sometimes, so there’s a bit of a constant battle with the duster. Our neighbors are mostly other small businesses or warehouses, so it’s a pretty hardworking atmosphere overall. We don't have any fancy lounge areas or ping pong tables. Just desks, chairs, and the tools we need to stay productive. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but for us, it’s the perfect spot to get things done without too many distractions. We like the quiet life here in Madhavaram and just focus on getting through the list of things to do. If we have time at the end of the day, we usually just sit outside for a bit before heading home. It's a long commute for some of us, but the space we have here makes it worth it in the end.
