This location in Sullurupeta is actually part of a residence in Sanjeevaiah Nagar, specifically house 12-224/4. It’s the home of K. Hari Balaji, who is the son of K. Purushotham. Because it’s a home-based setup, it feels very different from a standard office. We operate out of a couple of rooms that have been converted for the business. It’s a quiet residential street in Nellore, and the neighbors all know each other. You won't find any big signs or glass doors here. It’s just a gate and a front door like any other house on the block. Inside, we have some cabinets for our records and a couple of tables where we do our paperwork. It’s a very personal way of working. Sometimes you might hear the television in the other room or someone in the kitchen. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just sit down and handle the day's tasks as they come. The space is a bit small, so we have to be careful about how we store everything. It’s a very practical arrangement that allows us to stay close to the community. We don't have any high-tech gadgets for meetings; we just talk across the room. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where all our work happens day in and day out without much fuss or fanfare from the outside world.
