Layam Agro Foods (Opc) Private Limited is based in Velacherry at A1, Sri Balaji's Brindhavan, 18A 6th Main Road in Ram Nagar. Velacherry is a busy part of the city, and Ram Nagar is quite a well-known residential and commercial area. We are on the ground floor of the building, which is really helpful when we have to move things in or out. The space is not very large. It’s actually part of a residential-style complex, so we try to be quiet and not bother the people living nearby. It feels more like a small home office than a big corporate headquarters. We have our desks and computers set up in the main room. There isn't any fancy interior design here. We just have what we need to get the work done. Every morning we open the shutters and start on the day’s tasks. We handle a lot of coordination for the agro side of things, so there’s always paperwork to deal with. We don't have many staff members, just a small group of us who know each other well. We make our own tea in the little kitchen area. Ram Nagar is usually quite busy outside, but once we’re inside, we just focus on our work. It’s a simple and direct way of doing things. We don't have any big marketing speeches. We just work out of our office at Sri Balaji's Brindhavan and try to keep things moving forward every single day.
