Kumar Lee

Kumar Lee is located at No.76/26 on Rathina Sabapathy Street in Old Washermanpet. This is a very old and established part of Chennai. We are quite close to Rathinam Street, which helps people find our doorway in these narrow lanes. The building is older, like many in the 600021 area, but it works for us. We do not have a flashy storefront or a lot of bright lights. It is a very basic setup where we just get down to work every morning. The street is usually full of bikes and people walking by, so there is always something to look at out the door. We have a lot of regulars who have been coming to this street for years. They know where we are and they know the way we work. It is not about being corporate or having a big brand name. It is just about Kumar Lee being a part of the local community here. We do the work, keep the place as tidy as we can in such a busy area, and talk to our neighbors. It gets loud sometimes because the streets are tight and sound bounces around, but we are used to it by now. We don't have any big promises or fancy language. It is just a small, local shop on a busy street in Old Washermanpet.
