Kumar & Co

We are Kumar & Co, located at 332/2 on the ground floor of the Ayanavaram Konnur High Road. If you know Ayanavaram, you know how busy this road can get with all the buses and bikes zooming past. Our shop is right there on the street level, which makes it easy for people to stop by, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and the walls probably need a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and a couple of desks where we handle the day-to-day business. It’s a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything. One minute I’m talking to a supplier, and the next I’m helping move some boxes. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big meetings. We just talk over the desk and decide what needs to be done next. The fan stays on all day because it gets stuffy, and we usually have the radio playing softly in the background. It’s just a normal, local business trying to keep the customers happy and the bills paid. We like being in Ayanavaram; it feels like home. There’s no big secret to how we work, just showing up and being reliable for whoever walks in.
