Our office is on Police Commissioner Office Road in Egmore. It’s a bit confusing because the building has two numbers—New No. 49 and Old No. 32. People sometimes get lost trying to find us, but once you see the landmark, it’s easy. Egmore is such a fast-paced area, and being near the station and the big government offices means there’s always something happening outside. Our space is pretty functional. We have desks, some filing cabinets, and the usual gear for a sales and service setup. It’s not a fancy glass building. It’s more of a traditional Chennai office space where the ceiling fans are always humming. We spend a lot of time on the phone or handling paperwork for the service side of things. The staff here has been together for a while, so we’ve got a bit of a rhythm going. We aren’t really into big speeches or fancy slogans. We just show up, check the schedules, and try to get through the service calls for the day. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten at our desks while we chat. When the rain starts, the street outside gets a bit flooded, which makes things interesting for the technicians. But we’ve lived here long enough to not let it bother us. We just do the work and keep the office running as best as we can. That is how things go for us daily.
