Jk Polytube Industries

Jk Polytube Industries has been around for a bit now. We operate out of the Kma Garden Industrial Estate in Kodungaiyur, specifically at No. 5. It’s a busy area and we've been here long enough to know most of the neighbors. We make polytubes. It’s straightforward work but it takes time to get the specs right. The machinery needs regular maintenance to keep everything running smooth. People come to us when they need specific sizes and we just get to work on the orders. There isn't much to say other than we spend most of our days on the factory floor. It gets pretty warm in the summer months but that is just how industrial work goes in this part of town. Sometimes the materials take longer to arrive than we’d like, but we manage. We aren't a huge operation, just a handful of us making sure the tubes come out looking okay and meet what the customers asked for. We don't really do much fancy stuff here. Just the daily grind of production and checking the batches before they go out the door. It’s a dusty place sometimes, but that’s the nature of the business. If you've been around Kodungaiyur, you probably know where the estate is. We’ve kept the same spot for quite a while because it works for us. It’s not the quietest job but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. We don't have a big office or anything like that, just a desk and the production line.
