Sri Om Sakthi Lift

Sri Om Sakthi Lift is over at No. 57, 5th Street in Periyar Nagar Extension. We are based in the Vellakkal area of Medavakkam. If you come by our place, you will see a lot of elevator parts, motors, and heavy cables lying around. We spend most of our time out at different buildings fixing lifts that have stopped working. It is greasy, heavy work and you have to be careful where you step. Our home base in Medavakkam is where we keep all our tools and spare parts. It is not a polished showroom. It is a workspace where we get our hands dirty. Medavakkam is growing so fast that there are new apartment buildings going up every week. This means we stay very busy. We don't have a big fleet of trucks; we mostly use our scooters to get around the traffic and reach the job sites faster. When the lifts are broken, we have to carry our heavy toolbags up the stairs, which is never fun. We aren't into big sales pitches or corporate branding. We just know how elevators work and how to fix them when they don't. It is practical work for people who don't mind a bit of grease and hard labor. We have been in the Vellakkal area for a long time and the locals know where to find us.
